Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BoostDock website at boostdock.eu and any purchases you make from us ("BoostDock", "we", "us"). By placing an order or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we sell

BoostDock sells digital services related to Discord servers, including server boosts and related products listed on our shop. We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc. Discord is a trademark of Discord Inc.

2. What you must provide

To deliver boosts or members, we need a valid Discord server invite link and any details we ask for at checkout or in our Discord server. You must have permission to boost or modify the server you specify. We will never ask for your Discord password.

3. Your responsibilities

• You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• You must provide a working invite with the permissions required for delivery.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit when claiming an order.
• You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in your country (typically 18+ or age of majority).

4. Orders and payment

Prices are shown on the website and charged through our payment processor (Stripe) in the currency displayed at checkout. An order is confirmed when payment succeeds. After payment, you must claim your order in our Discord server at discord.gg/boostdock so we can start delivery.

5. Delivery

We aim to deliver as quickly as possible. Most boost orders start within minutes after a valid claim. Some orders may take longer during maintenance or high demand. We do not guarantee a specific minute-by-minute delivery time, but we will make reasonable efforts to complete your order.

6. Warranty on boosts

If paid boosts drop from your server before the end of the period you paid for, contact us on Discord with your order details. Where applicable, we will replace boosts according to our product descriptions and support policies.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use our services for fraud, chargeback abuse, illegal activity, or to harm others. We may refuse or cancel orders, or restrict access, if we suspect abuse or violation of these Terms.

8. Limitation of liability

Our services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for actions taken by Discord (including server moderation, bans, or policy enforcement). Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
